Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your DKK SWIM order. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible, your return must meet the following requirements:

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags and the hygienic liner must still be attached.
• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive either store credit or an exchange, depending on your preference.

Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dkkangelswim@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
